Lawrence Fusco, MD
Dr. Lawrence J. Fusco graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. Dr. Fusco completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Danbury Hospital in Danbury, CT. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and is the Medical Director of Rockingham County Emergency Medicine Service and Medical Director of Rockingham Community College Paramedic Training.
Dr. Fusco is married with three children and two grandchildren. In his spare time he enjoys sailing and horseback riding.
John Golding, Jr., MD
Dr. John C. Golding, Jr. graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as a Morehead Scholar. He completed his residency in Family Medicine with a special interest in pediatrics at the University of Virginia.
Dr. Golding likes to spend time with his beautiful wife and fending off infant, toddler and kindergarten suitors from his three daughters. He is also a sports car enthusiast and he is the team physician for Richard Childress Racing. He also enjoys mountain biking, travel and his role as Chef Dad.
Samantha Jackson, PA-C
Samantha J. Jackson, PA-C is a graduate of East Carolina University at Greenville, NC. She received her Physician Assistants training at the University of North Carolina Greensboro and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants as well as the North Carolina Academy of Physician Assistants. She is passionate about total wellness, using nutrition and exercise to enhance medication therapies.
Sam has a passion for women’s ministry and enjoys being a part of a strong faith community. She and her husband love to travel and spend time with family and friends.
Michael DePasquale, PA-C
Michael DePasquale, PA-C, graduated from the University of Notre Dame and received his Physician Assistant training at Duke University. He is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the North Carolina Academy of Physician Assistants. Michael enjoys spending his free time with his lovely wife and two spirited daughters hiking, biking, and swimming.
Ben L. Mann, PA-C
Ben Mann is a graduate of Wake Forest University. He has been a practicing Physician Assistant for 11 years. He enjoys educating patients on all aspects of health and wellness.
He is married with four kids. When he has a few moments he enjoys traveling and hiking with his family.
Kimberly, our Health Coach, is here to support you when you are struggling to meet your healthcare goals. She helps our patients work towards better health by providing support, encouragement and education. Let her help you deal with your difficult issues, she will inspire you to grow habits that improve your health. Kimberly is here to help patients manage their conditions between visits and she can assist with communications between you and your provider. She will encourage you to make simple changes that will improve your health and wellness.
Case Manager/Care Manager
Cecilia, our Case Manager/Care Manager is a friend you can turn to for support. She will assist our patients with resolving complicated health or medical situations in the best way possible. She helps patients establish obtainable health care goals and aids them in finding local resources to aid in reaching those goals. She is a trained professional who will advise the providers of changes in the patient’s condition. She is a reliable contact for patients and their families. Her goal is to improve the quality of your Belmont experience.
